Role Overview
Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization, within the Service Delivery area, has an immediate need for a Network Monitoring Technician to join the Enterprise Event and Outage Management team. This team is responsible for providing IT monitoring services for the Northrop Grumman United States Network (NGUSN) and various international networks. The candidate will monitor the Global NG Enterprise infrastructure & services, work within the incident management process, perform initial diagnosis, and drive service restoration to meet defined service level commitments. The role also involves coordinating the resolution of IT-related outages and issues with external service providers and engaging cross-functional teams throughout the process.
Operational Details
The Enterprise Event and Outage Management team operates on a 24x7 schedule and requires on-call availability and support across a variety of shifts, including holidays and weekends. Shift assignments will be based on staffing needs and may change as support requirements evolve. This position is virtual and remote and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States.

Salary Range
Primary Level Salary Range : $49,400.00 – $82,400.00. Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, including scope, responsibilities, and candidate experience.
