Key Responsibilities

Enhance store operations and automate workflows

Integrate multiple enterprise systems for real-time visibility into assets and maintenance schedules

Design, configure, and maintain the Nuvolo platform to support retail environments

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the Nuvolo platform and ServiceNow ecosystem

Proficient in JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and XML

Experience with Facility Management, ITSM, or Retail Operations Systems

Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
