Truck Driver - Class A

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Class A CDL Truck Driver join our team. Will make deliveries to mostly industrial plants and construction sites in the Tri-State area. Drivers work Monday thru Friday, multiple stops a day, no overnights.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs.
• Communicate with Production Manager as needed.
• Drive trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbs.
• Pull a towed weight exceeding 10,000 lbs.
• Ensure trailer hitch is properly and securely attached to the tractor unit.
• Confirm contents of each shipment load matches the BOL.
• Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip.
• Help load, unload truck and account that material matches paperwork.
• Track and report working hours.
• Obtain signatures complete deliveries with clients.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations.
• Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather / road conditions.
• Comply with ICC and DOT regulations.
• Make safety a priority at all times.
