Starting at $22.00 to $30.00, depending on experience.

M to F – 7 am to 3 : 30 pm

Temp to Hire

Job Description :

A growing precision manufacturing company specializing in CNC machining and fabrication, located in McDonald, PA, is seeking a motivated CNC Machinist / Programmer to join their team. Whether you are an experienced machinist or someone with limited experience eager to learn, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machines, including a Haas CNC Mill & Lathe and a CNC Router with Siemens Control
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models
• Utilize SolidWorks CAD / CAM (experience is a plus, but not required)
• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize machining processes and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
