We are looking for a payroll administrator with human resource experience to process all payroll and human resource activities as listed below, in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Collect timecards and calculate / verify hours worked
- Verify technician hours booked
- Maintain work in process schedule
- Monitor vacation and PTO time
- Update and enter commission vouchers in the ADP Workforce system
- Process employee changes
- Onboard new hires
- Process union dues and union health and welfare
- Process weekly and monthly payroll quickly and efficiently in the ADP Workforce payroll system
- Maintain all employee personal and payroll records with the utmost confidentiality
- Process workers compensation claims
- onboard new hires including health insurance sign up
- Help at other desks as necessary
Skills
Proven working experience as Payroll AdministratorHuman Resource experience.ADP Workforce experience a plusExperience in an auto dealership a plusSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principlesData entry skills along with a knack for numbersHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailCompetitive salary
