Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electromechanical / Mechatronics Engineer . The role is best suited for a mechanical engineer with strong CAD and product development experience who also has the ability to support and integrate electrical systems.

Day-to-day tasks include :

  • Designing and engineering mechanical systems and assemblies.
  • Integrating electrical components such as PCBs, batteries, wiring, and sensors into mechanical designs.
  • Supporting prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical products.
  • Collaborating with industrial designers and clients to bridge the gap between design intent and engineering feasibility.
  • Preparing detailed drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinating with vendors to support prototyping, tooling, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • FE Certification
  • Experience in design, project planning
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in project management and cost estimation is a plus
  • Strong foundation in mechanical engineering (materials, DFM, tolerance analysis, prototyping).
  • Working knowledge of electrical engineering : wiring harnesses, PCB constraints, sensors, motors, and power systems.
