Financial Analyst I

Our client, a global power technology leader company, is looking for a Financial Analyst I for their Nashville, TN location. Responsibilities include creating spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support technical reports and analyzing financial data to understand variances.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Advanced degree in a financial discipline preferred

0-2 years of experience in finance and / or accounting

Exercises minimal independent judgment under supervisor guidance

Strong verbal and written communication

Attention to detail and critical thinking

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Basic understanding of business trends and forecasting revenues / expenses

Familiarity with economic and accounting principles, financial markets, and financial reporting

Knowledge of federal, state, and company accounting policies and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software
