We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Contractor to assist with device imaging, asset management, and equipment refresh activities for a leading company in the insurance and financial services industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

As a Desktop Support Contractor, you will :

• Prepare and image devices for new hires, break / fix scenarios, and equipment refreshes.
• Manage inventory by pulling devices from stock and updating asset records in SharePoint and internal databases.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure timely shipping and receiving of equipment.
• Perform data wipes on iPhones for disposal or refurbishment.
• Set up devices on the network for new hires and assist with miscellaneous depot tasks to support operational success.
• Lift, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
