What will you be doing?

  • Analyze and leverage data : Through sales trends, sell-through, and gross margin to develop location plans which align with business plans by store and subclass for assigned areas
  • Partners with cross functional teams : Such as Allocation and Business Planning / Assortment teams to identify, analyze, and address risks and opportunities by store and subclass.
  • Collaborates with the New Store Team : Develop pre / in-season location plans for new and relocating stores, ensuring optimal assortment strategies.
  • Maximizes resources and partnerships : Including allocators, business / assortment planners, and buyers to ensure store and subclass plans reflect the department vision.
  • Collaborates with Location Planning : To meet objectives and deadlines. Makes recommendations to improve and evolve Location Planning processes where necessary.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2+ years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or similar planning experience preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
