Job Summary and Qualifications

Endoscopy Technician

As an Endoscopy Technician , you will provide selected care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures and assist with the preparation and processing of equipment and supplies.If you are dedicated to caring for others, this could be your next opportunity. Your responsibilities include :

Responsible and accountable in the collection, recording, and reporting of patient data in accordance with department standards

Prepare rooms and ensure areas are ready to receive patients

You will assemble supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures and you may assist during procedures.

Handle and prepare specimens obtained during the procedure in a timely manner and in accordance with all policies and procedures

Select, assemble, test, and operate equipment and instruments
