Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP / AR)

Full Time : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.

$25.50 - $27.50 per hour

Summary :

Manages a variety of general office accounting activities and responsible for accounts receivable for IL / AL and accounts payable. Compiles and maintains records by performing the following duties.

Essential :

• Communication / Interpersonal : Effective written communication skills as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations; live, via online or virtual mediums. Excellent collaboration and team-building skills. Effective conflict management skills. Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, executive management, and other stakeholders through positive interaction and problem identification and resolution.
• Able to coordinate different levels of health care professionals to assess the needs of residents based on a minimum data set and develop a comprehensive plan of care.
• Function efficiently and effectively with minimum direction
• Knowledgeable in current State and Federal regulations
• Must be able to plan, organize, prioritize and implement work assignments efficiently
• Self-motivated and able to successfully advance sales
• Must be able to understand, follow, support and initiate policies and procedures
