JOB PURPOSE : Working with, supporting, and learning from the Sales Executives and leadership to team members.
Essential Job Functions :
1.Develop relationships with customers and meet with the buying team
2.Update sales report, RA reports and submit to Accounting; follow up with Returns.
3.Update information for sales plan for each account
4.Create sample order, tag, pack and ship samples
5.Collaborate with Product Development and Director of Sales / Sales Manager
6.Submit price changes, sample requests, model changes
7.Enter orders and follow up with production, inventory, shipping and customer
8.Customer specifications / GIA / QA / Follow up
9.Bin stock and projections
10. Pull product assortments
Minimum Requirements :
1. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
2. Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner
3. Competent computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
4. Must be detail oriented
5. Ability to multi task and work under pressure
6. Ability to work and lead in a team environment
7. Jewelry experience a plus
