PT needed asap for 13 weeksDay, weekends and holidaysEvaluate, treat, document and discharge patients for physical therapy in a 25 bed critical access hospital on the Big Island of Hawaii at Kohala Hospital. HI LIC required2 years experienceBLSEMR : EPIC

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Acute

Experience : 2 years

Licenses : PT-HI

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

AND

Physical Therapist, Long Term Acute Care

AND

Physical Therapist, Skilled
