Job Description

Oversee field operations for ground-up data center projects. Manage subcontractors, schedules, and quality control on fast-track builds. Ensure safety compliance and high-performance standards at all times. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to hit milestones. Drive on-time, on-budget delivery for high-profile clients.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial builds. Strong background in mission-critical, data center, or high-tech projects preferred. Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure. Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to new environments. Committed to quality, safety, and team collaboration.
