Overview

We are hiring Product Engineers (Backend or Fullstack) who can take end-to-end ownership of product development from 01 feature builds to scaling critical tools used by real customers. Youll join a fast-moving, high-performing engineering team solving hard, regulated problems at speed. As part of our agile pods, youll ship quickly and frequently, with features going live within weeks and direct visibility into your impact. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person work 4 days / week in our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and scale backend or fullstack product features from scratch
• Work closely with cross-functional pods (engineering, product, design) to iterate and deliver quickly
• Solve real-world problems in regulated environments with high-impact releases
• Maintain and improve a modern, production-grade Python-based tech stack
• Thrive in a collaborative, in-person work environment with top-tier peers
