Summary
The Physician Recruiter is critical to the overall success and growth of Real Radiology. This role will manage all processes related to physician recruitment including sourcing, screening, and attracting qualified candidates for open teleradiologist positions.
Job Functions
- Assist and coordinate the development of strategic recruitment plans to include marketing of job postings, innovative use of social media, and development of resident recruitment
- Perform initial interview and screening process to determine candidates’ suitability for Real Radiology
- Source new candidates through web posting, job boards, job fairs, referrals, and social media
- Maintain database of radiologists
- Coordinating recruitment activities with senior leadership to achieve internal recruitment goals
- Develop innovative advertisement recruitment efforts
- Maintaining and manage outstanding communication with Physician candidates
- Coordinate physician onboarding with the Physician Engagement, Physician Services, Information Technology, and Human Resources
- Research and attend Radiology conferences and physician recruitment opportunity events as needed
- Complete additional project-based responsibilities
