Location : Rome, NY (Hybrid)

Duration : Immediate start – December 2027 (with potential extension for commissioning support)

Experience Required : 10+ years

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Project Scheduler with strong planner / scheduler capabilities to support a major capital project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining integrated project schedules for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure schedule alignment.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support commissioning phase with schedule tracking and adjustments.

Travel Requirements :

2 weeks onsite in Rome, NY
