Environmental Engineer - PE

Qualifications :

• A current New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Substantial technical experience with providing engineering services involving civil, environmental, and industrial wastewater.
• Experience in landfill design and construction, wastewater treatment, and large-scale groundwater remediation
• Experience completing design analysis, preparing engineering cost estimates, preparing civil or remedial design packages that include drawings and construction specifications, and construction oversight.
• Experience with Pennsylvania and / or New Jersey permitting of industrial wastewater discharge, soil erosion and sediment control, and general site planning.
• Familiarity and working expertise with major federal environmental and safety regulations (e.g., RCRA, CERCLA, CWA, OSHA, TSCA) required.
• Direct, lead, and implement concurrent environmental services projects / tasks.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers, drafters, and administrative support to ensure the accurate and timely completion of projects, including the review and approval of documentation.
• Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER and Refresher Training
• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering. Master's Degree Preferred.
• 15+ years' experience in the environmental engineering field.
• 6+ years progressive management experience.
