Position Overview

The Floor Nurse (LPN / RN) is responsible for delivering essential nursing care to clients experiencing substance use and behavioral health disorders. This PRN role supports facility operations by completing medical assessments, monitoring client status, and implementing care plans to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing , the Floor Nurse plays a key role in the intake process and ongoing care, helping guide clients through their recovery with professionalism and compassion.
