The Mission and The Role

Join us in honoring the visionary legacy of Queen Emma and King Kamehameha IV. As a key member of our executive team, you will lead a vibrant medical group of 800+ providers with full autonomy to set its strategic direction, foster a culture of excellence, and drive operational innovation. This is a role for a leader who is passionate about both mission and metrics.

You will report directly to the President and CEO of Queen’s Health System, partnering to tackle complex challenges and advance our integrated system of care. Your leadership will be critical in balancing quality, patient experience, and financial performance while championing the growth and development of our dedicated clinicians.

• A Visionary Strategist : You have a proven track record of leading a large, integrated physician network, with a strong understanding of hospital and clinic operations, finance, and value-based care models.
• A Culture Builder : You're skilled at inspiring and mentoring a diverse group of physicians and staff, fostering collaboration, and building excellent relationships across all levels of the organization.
• An Operational Expert : You have a master's degree (health, business, or public administration) and a strong command of physician practice management, financial management, and business development. You're known for improving productivity, enhancing access, and successfully implementing process improvement methodologies.
• Driven by Impact : You want to lead an organization with a deep, meaningful connection to its community and a heritage of caring that spans generations.
