System and Network Administrator

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level System and Network Administrator to join a Space Systems Verification and Test team in El Segundo, CA. This % onsite role supports /7 test operations, including setup, deployment, and readiness of Special Test Equipment in factory and launch environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support factory floor test operations and deploy test software/configurations.
• Troubleshoot and improve system effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop tools and ensure security for test environments.
• Use agile methods to manage product security requirements.
• Participate in system hardening and readiness for satellite testing.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications.
• Experience with Windows Server, RedHat/Oracle Linux, Cisco IOS, VMware, and enterprise storage.

Preferred:

• ITIL 4, CCNA, and experience in satellite test operations and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with PTEX, MTEX, and ATC test systems.
