LPN - REHAB / MEDSURGE (INPATIENT) - URGENT!!

  • Shift : 06 : 30-19 : 00
  • ASAP Start Date
  • Mercy Cover Sheet Required
  • Flu and COVID Declinations not accepted (No Exceptions)
  • Resume, Skills Checklist and License must be attached to submission
  • Facility : Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital, Chesterfield, MO
  • Services : Inpatient rehabilitation for strokes, brain / spinal-cord injuries, amputations, multiple trauma, cancer, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions
  • Special Features :

    • Brain injury unit with monitored rooms, specialized beds, patient lifts, and dedicated therapy space

  • Dedicated stroke care unit with specialized equipment
  • Gymnasiums with high-tech therapy devices
  • Special apartment for daily living practice
  • Private, family-friendly rooms with sleeper chairs

  • Certifications : LPN licensed in MO, BLS (CPR) Certification

  • Float Requirements : Within units in hospital (Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury)
  • Unit Information :

    • Number of Beds : 81 private rooms

  • Patient Ratios : Day 1 : 6-7, Night 1 : 8; each nurse has a dedicated tech
  • Equipment : EHR Epic

    • Patient Population : Adults 18+ years

  • Hiring Profile :

    • Must Have Skills / Experience : LPN experience in rehab - REQUIRED!

  • Preferred Skillset / Experience : CRRN
  • Common Diagnosis / Treatment : Rehab patients
  • Personality Fit : Flexible, collaborative, positive demeanor

    • Required Education : LPN

  • First Day Instructions :

    • Scrub Color : Black scrubs (ID badge provided by agency)

  • Time to Report : 6 : 30 AM
