Kafka Subject Matter Expert

A company is looking for a Kafka SME (Subject Matter Expert).

Key Responsibilities :

Architect and implement Kafka event streaming solutions across on-premise and cloud environments

Produce technical artifacts such as architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation plans

Lead modernization initiatives migrating legacy applications to event-driven architectures

Required Qualifications :

20+ years of IT experience (architecture + implementation)

Hands-on expertise delivering Kafka event-driven architecture at enterprise scale

In-depth knowledge of Apache Kafka, Confluent Platform, and related technologies

Experience configuring and optimizing Kafka clusters and integrating with cloud services

Ability to troubleshoot production environments and performance issues
