We are Looking for :
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Healthcare Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of RCM and compliance-focused product features. This role will be instrumental in gathering insights from coders, billing teams, and compliance staff to build intuitive, efficient workflows that support core functions like Hold, Appeal, Audit, and Resolve.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and synthesize requirements from coding, billing, and compliance stakeholders to ensure the product meets real-world needs.
- Design and optimize user workflows related to RCM functions including Hold, Appeal, Audit, and Resolve.
- Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for developers to guide sprint execution.
- Own the product backlog and prioritize the roadmap, balancing stakeholder input, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Lead sprint planning and collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and UX teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Coordinate product training and rollout, ensuring end users understand new features and workflows.
- Monitor adoption and gather feedback post-launch to inform future enhancements.

5+ years of product management experience in a healthcare technology environment.Strong understanding of EHR (Electronic Health Record) and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) systems — experience with platforms like Epic, athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks is a plus.Proven ability to translate user needs into product requirements and drive end-to-end product lifecycle.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and sprint management.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Experience in clinical documentation, medical coding, or healthcare compliance is a plus.Preferred Skills :
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools.Background in working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, training, and compliance.Passion for improving healthcare operations through technology and user-centered design.
