• Monday - Friday schedule with 8 am - 5 pm hours
• Approximately 40 cases per day
• Shared call with CRNA in-house and additional CRNA on call
• 1 : 5 weeknight and weekend pager call rotation
• Case mix : general, orthopedic, GI, ENT, urology, and OB / GYN procedures
• 50% caseload split between general and orthopedic procedures
• Mix of outpatient and inpatient procedures
• OB coverage with annual delivery volume under 1000
