Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with managing client accounts and maintaining relationships.

- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Help coordinate and organize sales events, promotions, and outreach programs.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks to help achieve sales targets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relations (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
