Who They Are

We have partnered with a growing distributor of thermally modified and tropical hardwoods to identify a Business Development Manager for the California market! This is an expansion position with a heavy focus on developing pull-through business for distribution partners by leveraging relationships at the builder / contractor / architect levels, so strong networking experience is a must. This role offers a good compensation plan with a base salary plus uncapped incentive pay and lots of room for career growth.

What You'll Do

• Meet with dealers to understand their needs, challenges, and customer preferences
• Organize lunch-and-learns or on-site presentations to educate architects
• Attend relevant trade shows and conferences
