  • Reason for Coverage : Transition of ownership and staffing needs

    • PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

  • Orientation Requirements : 4-hour remote EMR training (mainly offered on Mondays) and in-person hospital orientation with shadow shift

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Texas State License
  • Certifications : ACLS, ATLS, BLS (ATLS can be expired for EM Boarded physicians if previous certification can be shown)
  • Experience :
  • Must have completed an Emergency Medicine (EM) or Family Medicine (FM) residency
  • FM candidates must demonstrate active practice in an Emergency Department setting with a census exceeding 10,000 visits per year within the last two years
  • Other Qualifications :
  • Board Certification by ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, or equivalent
  • Must hold an MD degree

  • Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage 12-hour shifts, independently handling approximately 60.27 patients per day
  • Participate in required orientation and EMR training
