We are seeking Workday Architects who are passionate about developing highly-resilient, fundamentally-sound objects to support the Human Resource technology driving Capital One. As part of a team that's leading the next wave of disruption on a whole new scale, you will play an integral part in advancing Capital One's Human Resource Technology ecosystem and culture of technical excellence. You will champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring your expertise to drive innovative solutions.

General Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development and architecture of Workday solutions, including HCM, Finance, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensations and other modules to support business processes and objectives .
• Design and implement integrations between Workday Finance and other modules, ensuring seamless data flow and integration points.
• Implement the Workday solution to support the multiple countries and ensure the design supports compliance requirements.
• Leading Trade-off and impact analysis work for hard to change technical decisions, and manage technical conflict
• Demonstrate thought leadership and strategy in partnership with delivery and product partners
• Explain and represent solutions in the Architecture Review Boards, and various product, platform and architecture discussions
• Presenting work products and strategies to product managers, technology leadership across Capital One
• Function as a primary architecture point of contact for other architecture teams & and delivery teams for solutions and systems
• Implement the security requirements within the Workday that supports the data tokenization and other compliance requirements.
• Evaluate the machine learning / AI use cases and ensure that AI usage is based on the safety and compliance requirements

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Plano, TX : $175,800 - $200,700 for Manager, Solution Architecture

Richmond, VA : $175,800 - $200,700 for Manager, Solution Architecture

San Jose, CA : $211,000 - $240,800 for Manager, Solution Architecture

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
