19 PC Physicians, 6 APPs, Behavioral Health, Social Workers, Care Navigators and more

Choose outpatient-only with option to round if desired

Focus on patients aged 18+ - we have a strong pediatric team in place

Light phone call, minimal and triaged, 1 : 4 or better

What We Offer

Unlimited earning potential – physicians are earning up to $700K annually

1-year shareholder track with ASC ownership (no buy-in or risk)

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $300,000 - $375,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity and quality bonuses, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 - $700,000.

MD or DO

Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified (AB or AOB)

Illinois licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Illinois
