Personal Assistant / Nanny for Los Gatos Family

Los Gatos. Unique opportunity for a versatile candidate! Young Mom of two children, a 3-year-old and a 7-month-old, is hiring a Personal Assistant / Nanny. She and her husband live in a multigenerational large home. The family has two dogs and owns a farm with mini horses, alpaca, sheep, etc, so comfort sometimes being around animals is important to accompany children there. This role involves traveling with the family domestically and abroad a few times a year. Primary responsibilities : assisting the Mom to take care of the children, and when the kids are under her care, be able to correspond with vendors, purchasing gifts, managing the kids' activity calendar, overseeing proper care for the kids' rooms (house staff does the cleaning and laundry).

This person should have a positive outlook, be proactive, and when stepping in to help with kids, have in mind a Montessori approach. Partner well with another Nanny when interacting with the extended family. The 3-year-old is extremely verbal, cute, and sweet. She spends a lot of time with adults. She is not doing well in crowds of kids yet, but she loves to play with her cousin. She goes to preschool from 8 : 30 am to 11 : 45 am. Her 7-month-old little brother is a smily, happy, healthy boy. He is a lot of fun!
