Join our team as a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Duxbury, MA. This role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility involves 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities include evaluating and assessing patient conditions, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, administering therapeutic exercises and modalities, and monitoring progress to adjust care as needed.
