Commercial Credit Underwriter Team Lead

A company is looking for a Commercial Credit Underwriter - Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Credit Managers in supervising the Underwriting Team and reviewing credit memorandums and modifications

Coach, train, mentor, and evaluate underwriters on credit analysis and policy

Review loan files and prepare underwriting and risk analysis for the Credit Committee

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of underwriting experience

Minimum of 2 years of management or team lead experience

Desirable experience with CRE, C&I, and SBA regulatory training regarding 7A and 504 SBA loans

Formal Bank Credit training preferred

Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications
