Commercial Risk Advisor
Job Summary :
Seeking a skilled Commercial Risk Advisor based in TX, passionate about navigating complexities in risk management for a dynamic local independent agency. This role is pivotal in fostering growth through strategic risk assessment and client engagement, ensuring optimal solutions that safeguard client interests.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outside sales activities to proactively generate and nurture leads within the commercial insurance sector.
- Engage effectively with a diverse network, leveraging relationships to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team by gathering comprehensive client information to facilitate accurate quoting processes.
- Communicate confidently with C-level executives and stakeholders, demonstrating expertise in risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
- Utilize industry knowledge and experience to provide specialized advice, particularly in generalist and / or construction-related insurance needs.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Active Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) license within the state of TX.Demonstrated experience handling premiums of $50k or higher, showcasing a strong understanding of insurance market dynamics.Proven ability to engage socially and professionally, with a robust network that enhances business development efforts.Prior exposure to AMS platforms such as ImageRight or Sagitta preferred.2-3+ years of relevant experience preferred, with a track record of delivering client-centered solutions.Previous generalist and / or construction experience is required.Compensation Package
