Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting, as well as obtaining vital signs, collecting specimens, and supporting nurses and physicians during procedures.
Requirements for Success :
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, current LNA certification in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain), and strong communication skills. Previous patient care experience is preferred but not required-we provide training and support to help you succeed. A caring attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to delivering excellent patient-centered care are essential.

Essential Functions
Monitor patient health by obtaining and recording vital signs and weights.
Provide direct, hands-on care, including grooming, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance.
Support mealtime care by feeding or assisting patients and ensuring proper hydration and nourishment.
Maintain a clean, safe environment by collecting and transporting soiled linens.
Assist licensed nurses and physicians with treatments and procedures as needed.
Provide toileting and incontinence care with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Observe and promptly communicate changes in patient condition or family concerns to the care team.
