Join our dedicated team as an LPN at Isabella Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing Care! In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents and patients in a supportive long-term care environment, working under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator, and / or RN.

Key Qualifications :

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
• Valid NYS LPN license
• Strong clinical patient care skills
• Current BCLS certification
