Reports to: Group Fitness Coordinator / ManagerRequirements: Maintain valid AED/CPR Certification & Certified to Teach Special Skills:
Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
Strong customer service skills
Good verbal communication


Responsibilities:
Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
Understand, and maintain Blue Moon Fitness standard and expectations.
Demonstrate knowledge of the Blue Moon Fitness brand and model behavior in accordance with the Blue Moon Fitness mission statement.
Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
Maintain professional disposition at all times.
Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.

Pay:
Instructors will be paid per class. Pay ranges $20 - $25 per class, based on experience and class attendance.
