About the Role

As a key player in our Manufacturing Engineering team, you\'ll be at the heart of transforming operations across our Hattiesburg, MS and Dyersburg, TN sites, working closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Project Engineering. You\'ll lead initiatives that reduce downtime, improve material flow, and standardize best practices—making a measurable difference in safety, quality, and delivery.
