• One (1) year of recent operating room experience\n
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.\n
• Current, valid, and active driver's license required.\n
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.\n\nCertificates, Licensures, Registrations\n
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required. Current ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients.\n
• Other certifications may be required by the client. Ex : CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse)\n\nOther Skills Required\n
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills\n
• Ability to work in high-stress environments and respond quickly in emergencies\n
• Proficient in sterile technique and OR protocols\n
• Ability to serve as scrub or circulating nurse during procedures\n
• Anticipate needs of the surgeon and surgical team\n
• Ability to transfer patients to recovery and provide hand off communication\n
