Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP) is looking for a well-trained, dynamic individual to join their established Lake Shore Orthopaedic Group. This opportunity will allow you to live in a beautiful, four-season, affordable city on the water, in a family-friendly community with short commutes to the hospital from many surrounding neighborhoods. Chautauqua County is located less than three hours from Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Rochester, and Toronto and within an easy drive from Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Erie. You will love living here! Must have an MD or equivalent, be BC / BE in Orthopedic Surgery with the ability to obtain an unrestricted NY license.

Opportunity Details :

• Hospital Orthopedic service will take orthopedic ER and weekend call until the full complement of Orthopaedic surgeons is obtained
• Perform surgical cases at UPMC Chautauqua
• Support of a well-trained advanced practice provider who can assist in the office, OR and hospital
• Orthopaedic office is located within UPMC Chautauqua, in Jamestown, NY as well as, three other locations in Western NY
• This opportunity sponsors J1 waivers
