Production Control Material Control Specialist (Bilingual)

Ellabell, Ga(onsite)

Perm Position

About the Role : We are looking for a Production Control Material Control Specialist (Bilingual (Korean / English) to support production operations by ensuring efficient material flow, supplier coordination, and optimized inventory management. This role plays a key part in maintaining supply chain efficiency and supporting production excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to place orders, manage specification changes, and oversee logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and track material movement within the plant.
  • Develop and implement procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Analyze data on inventory, lead times, and usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations for material handling and storage.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Purchasing Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in material control, inventory management, supply chain, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Korean (business professional level).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • Knowledge of transportation principles and methods.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing and optimizing inventory control systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to prepare and present findings to management.
