Job Details :

Pay : $ 2480 per week

Travel : Physical Therapist (PT)

Position Open : 1

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Flexible, 8-5 preferred Mon-Fri

Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 40

Facility Setting? Med Surg, OP

Will position be required to float to other units? Yes Med surge and Outpatient services- (including Pool)

Number of beds in your facility? Med Surg is around 30

EMR for your facility : Epic

Scrub colors / dress code : Any color

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted KS License

BLS certification - required

Preferred experience level? At least 1 year of experience

Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
