Currently, we are searching for a Telecom Engineer to join our team ON SITE, in Dallas, TX.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for the Avaya Softphone application.
• Assist with configuring and activating iPhones, iPads, and mobile hotspots.
• Support the setup and activation of Apple mobile devices using tools like Microsoft Intune and MS Authenticator (training provided).
• Help monitor and support video conferencing systems (e.g., Cisco Webex, Cisco Meeting Server).
• Assist in resolving common video conferencing issues, such as connectivity or audio / video quality.
• Support the setup and maintenance of conference room AV equipment.
• Help manage mobile device inventory and deployments (primarily iPhones) following company guidelines.
• Learn and support mobile device management tasks, including app installation and basic security settings.
• Assist in supporting iOS applications and mobile features.
• Utilize remote support tools such as Bomgar to securely access and troubleshoot end-user systems and applications.
• Provide general IT support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Document common support tasks and procedures to help build internal knowledge resources.
• Work with senior IT team members to resolve more complex issues and assist on projects.
• Participate in an on-call support rotation as needed (with guidance from senior staff).
