A company is looking for a Dental Consultant to review WI Medicaid Prior Authorizations and provide clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

Authorize / deny WI Medicaid prior authorizations and communicate outcomes

Evaluate appeals and review documentation for medical necessity

Provide provider orientations and support, recommending process improvements

Required Qualifications

Current license to practice dentistry in the state of WI or ability to obtain before start date

Clinical experience as a credentialed Medicaid dental provider

Experience with prior authorization portals

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience analyzing quantitative and / or qualitative data for decision-making
