Average annual earnings range from $75,000 to $90,000, with potential to earn more based on performance.

What you will do :

• Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Train and mentor installation team members to ensure quality workmanship.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues to ensure optimal system performance.
