Location : Rock Nashville – Nashville, TN

Reports to : Kitchen Leads /  Executive Chef

Type : Full-Time or Part-Time (based on event schedule)

Compensation : $18 per hour (Adjustable based on experience)

Benefits : paid time off, meal stipend

Position Summary

Studio 1 Catering is seeking hardworking, dependable Utility Team Members to support our fast-paced catering operation. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role that keeps the kitchen and event spaces running smoothly. Utility staff are responsible for dishwashing, cleaning, equipment setup, and pitching in wherever needed. If you’re reliable, energetic, and take pride in keeping things spotless and organized, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Dishwashing & Cleaning

• Wash, sanitize, and restock all kitchen and service items (plates, utensils, cookware, etc.).
• Maintain clean and organized dish, prep, and storage areas throughout service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards consistently.
