Requirements :

No prior nursing or medical experience needed

Must be at least 18 years old

Strong communication skills are essential

Physical ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35 lbs

Pass a Minnesota Background Check

Position Overview :

12-hour shifts - enjoy fewer workdays while maintaining full-time hours!

Scheduled hours : 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM

Provide hands-on personal care and assist with nurse-directed tasks such as recording vital signs

Support residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life

Comprehensive Training and Certification :

CNA Training Program : 75 hours

Hybrid training format : online and in-person

Training pay : $15.25 / hour
