Position : Industrial Health Clinician
Schedule : Full-time, 1st shift 5a-3 : 30p

We are seeking a dynamic (LPN or EMT) Industrial Prevention Specialist who brings expertise in both medical care and proactive workplace wellness. This role combines clinical support with injury prevention strategies to promote a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Medical Provider Duties :
Deliver care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite centerAdminister vaccines, COVID / flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits)Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnairesPerform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screeningsPrevention & Wellness Duties :
Design and lead injury prevention programs, including work simulations and job coachingConduct ergonomic assessments and implement early intervention strategiesLead and maintain on-site injury prevention and fitness programsFacilitate group or individual conditioning classes and personal training sessionsDevelop and promote wellness initiatives and educational workshopsCollaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to enhance workplace wellnessTrack and analyze program metrics to measure effectiveness and successPhysical Demands :
Lift 30–50 lbs as neededFrequent standing, walking, and sittingOccasional stooping, bending, and reaching from floor level to overheadTasks involving pinching, grasping, and grippingPeriodic computer workQualifications :
