Our client is a division of a Fortune 500 global manufacturing leader with a legacy that dates back to the early 20th century. They specialize in the production of plastic-based films and coatings used in a wide range of industries, including medical devices, industrial applications, and consumer durable products.

Job Description

In this role, the continuous improvement manager will be responsible for the following :

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company's business model
• Lead and facilitate structure improvement projects, delivering measurable gains.
• Lead operational efforts including development of control plans and FMEAs for new products
• Develop and execute road-map for continuous improvement.
• Coach and support teams at all levels
• Track progress through relevant KPIs
• Provide daily leadership to the quality team to maintain and improve product / process standards
• Collaborate with site leaders to improve safety, behavior and performance
• Build and support a strong pipeline of future leaders within CI, Quality and Maintenance
