Job Description :

VP for Land, Buildings and Real Estate is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to work under general supervision and perform maintenance duties of moderate complexity including :

Characteristic Duties

Repair faucets, toilets, basins, bathtubs, hot water heaters.

Replace electrical switches, outlets, sockets.

Replace fan and drive belts.

Adjust gap clearances on motor intake and exhaust valves.

Clean traps

Repair and restore furniture.

Requirements :

80db, allergens, biohazards, chemicals, asbestos.
